We hope you love your purchase from MIEN, but if not, here's everything you need to know about returning an item.
Return Conditions

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Where applicable, include belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, or tags.

Returns not meeting these standards will be refused and sent back.

No exchanges are offered. To exchange an item, return the product and place a new order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased with Valu cannot receive partial refunds; you will be refunded via store credit only.
